Terms & Conditions
Web Idea Infotech aims to engage with its clients in a professional, efficient, and satisfactory manner.
By hiring Web Idea Infotech for your business needs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The Contract
- An independent contractor relationship will be established between the client and Web Idea Infotech, and no partnership or joint venture shall be implied by either party.
- The initiation date for services will be mutually agreed upon, and charges will apply from the agreed start date.
- Performance reports will be provided to the client if explicitly stated in the service contract or proposal.
- Neither party may cancel or fully transfer service responsibilities to another service provider without providing at least seven (7) business days' prior notice.
- Web Idea Infotech reserves the right to outsource specific tasks to third-party service providers.
- A person who is not a party to the contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with this contract.
- Payment Terms
- Clients subscribing to any monthly service package must pay the full chargeable amount in advance before the work begins.
- For fixed-quote services, at least 50% of the billable amount is payable in advance. The remaining balance must be paid within seven (7) days of the service commencement date.
- Detailed invoices will be issued monthly, and payments must be made on time.
- Failure to pay a monthly invoice by its due date may result in immediate termination of services without prior notice.
- Liability
- Web Idea Infotech will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays in service delivery caused by natural disasters, technical failures, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold Web Idea Infotech harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from services provided under this agreement. This includes claims related to false advertising, liability for products or services offered by the client, copyright or trademark infringement, or content defects.
- Due to the nature of digital media, all content/information provided by the client for publication will become publicly accessible upon publishing. Web Idea Infotech will not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from the publication of such content.
- Waiver
- Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of such provisions or the right to enforce them later.
- Any waiver will be considered valid only if communicated in writing and in compliance with our refund policies.
- Amendments
Web Idea Infotech reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients are advised to review the terms periodically for updates.
